Partners for Progress is a program of the Regional Leadership Council at the Genesee Regional Chamber of Commerce (GRCC). YouthQuest is a GRCC program. Partners for Progress’s main purpose is to demonstrate that our business leaders are working together on a plan of economic revitalization and partnering with multiple community groups to make Genesee County a better place to invest, work, raise a family, get an education and recreate.
