Dye Elementary School

Dye ElementaryYouthQuest is a comprehensive after school program that focuses on youth education and development. It is a school-based program that operates across multiple school districts in Flint and Genesee County. The program provides students at the elementary and middle school levels an opportunity to enhance their academic skills, increase their knowledge of good health and nutrition, grow their social skills, and become better prepared for future life and academic challenges.

YouthQuest staff at Dye ElementaryAt Dye Elementary, YouthQuest students enjoy a wide range of activities, including fun with math, science, reading, computer lab, homework assistance, health and nutrition, fitness, arts and crafts, and sports.  Each week, there is a special activity planned by Ms. Donna Arnold and the entire YouthQuest site team!

Daily Schedule:                                                                                    

  • 4:10-4:45 Check-In/Attendance & Dinner
  • 4:45-5:10 Homework Time
  • 5:15-5:45 Session 1, 2, 3 (Rotations)
  • 5:45-6:20 Academic Enrichment
  • 6:20-6:30 Snack
  • 6:30-7:00 Student Choice
  • 7:06 Dismissal
